The Paul Green School of Rock Music's Fall 2009 Best of Season Concert

As many of you know, the Minnesota branches of The Paul Green School of Rock Music established a scholarship fund in 2006 to ensure that every student can participate in our program regardless of whether or not it fits in their family's budget. Currently, 15% of our students receive some form of financial aid and would not be able to participate in our program without it.

The "Best of Season" show is one that not only gives our students a chance to show off all the hard work they have put in this season, but also an opportunity to give back. To make sure that we can continue offering financial assistance to those families who need it.

The Paul Green School of Rock Music's Fall 2009 Best of Season Concert

As many of you know, the Minnesota branches of The Paul Green School of Rock Music established a scholarship fund in 2006 to ensure that every student can participate in our program regardless of whether or not it fits in their family's budget. Currently, 15% of our students receive some form of financial aid and would not be able to participate in our program without it.

The "Best of Season" show is one that not only gives our students a chance to show off all the hard work they have put in this season, but also an opportunity to give back. To make sure that we can continue offering financial assistance to those families who need it.

The students at the Vista SORM are performing the psychedelic sounds of Jimi Hendrix. This promises to be a fantastic show displaying the talents of our great guitarists. CRUISE & GRAND CLASSIC CAR SHOW

Friday September 4, approximately 6:00pm, Escondido’s Cruisin’ Grand, downtown Escondido.
The location is not a stage, rather a patio that faces Grand Ave. It is in front of the Bank of Escondido at 200 W. Grand.
There is an outlet there and a shaded patio for the group.
Set up is 5 pm, after the bank closes.

We are OK to start the sets at 6 or as soon as you are ready after that.
Then we can legally have performers there until 9 pm. If you need to end prior to that, that's fine. In fact, if you ended at 8:45 that would give us time to clear away the banner, etc during our tear-down time.


The main thing for parents/kids to know also is that there is no parking on Grand or its side-streets after 4PM... they will need to park either in the free public lots accessible from 2nd Ave. or Valley Parkway, or on those streets themselves. We will be able to park at the bank itself where we are going to play. The earlier our students get there, the better their parking will be.
If you missed our great Woodstock show, your in luck. The kids are performing their Woodstock set, as well as some classics Beatles Music.

Come down and listen to some great music and see the Classic T-Birds, Belairs, Corvettes, Camaros, and more.

Woodstock Comes to Vista on August 15!

Relive the glory that was the music of Woodstock on Saturday August 15 from 4-7 pm at a free live outdoor concert celebrating the 40th Anniversary of this great festival. The Paul Green School of Rock Music has teamed up nationwide with the organizers of the original Woodstock to bring you over 40 official 40th Anniversary Concerts around the country.

Featured performers for our local event are the young students at the Paul Green School of Rock Music in Vista; their House Band, Summer Boot Camp students, and the West-Coast All-Stars. The line-up will include songs by Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Santana, Sweetwater, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Who, and other great classic rock artists.
