Franchise Coordinator

Canton, Massachusetts

The Franchise Coordinator is a full-time role that assists the School of Rock franchise team with selling and opening new schools in the US and Internationally.  The Franchise Coordinator’s goal is to assist the franchise team reach their sales and open goals. The Franchise Coordinator is the first point of contact for candidates interested in opening a School of Rock.  Roles and Responsibilities are as follows:

 

Sales Administration

  • Engage new franchise candidates in an initial dialogue about School of Rock
  • Perform initial screen of franchise candidates to determine those qualified to move down the pipeline
  • Take new franchise candidates through the pre- application and disclosure process
  • Establish trust and build rapport with new franchise candidates
  • Identify bottlenecks and objections with individual franchise candidates and work to solve them quickly
  • Manage all documents related to franchise sales – applications, FDDs, Franchise Agreements, Development Agreements, etc.
  • Ensure that all candidates get followed up on by Franchise Sales staff
  • Provide feedback to Franchise Team on sales processes and tools
  • Monitor lead generation conversion efficiencies and recommend changes as appropriate

 

Marketing

 

  • Provide feedback to colleagues on effectiveness of marketing and which channels are generating the highest quality leads
  • Assist with generating and planning of new marketing initiatives to drive new leads into the pipeline as required

 

 

Skill Requirements:

 

 

  • Familiarity and experience with franchising preferred
  • Sales or sales administration experience preferred
  • Attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous candidates and workflows
  • Self-motivated and self-guided
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skill in diplomacy in all relationships
  • Proven ability to guide franchise candidates through their decision process
  • Collaborator who works well with and contributes to a team
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership skills
  • Enthusiasm for what we do and/or interest in music and the arts highly desirable
