A new show season is just about here so let's start with the Women That Rock show the students have been so diligently working on this summer. The show is September 22 at noon at the Plymouth Roc. Check Facebook in the events if you ever have questions. You may have noticed also that we have a new website- events are also listed there at

On a related note September 29, the Saturday after the show, we will not have a rehearsal on Saturday. Rock 101 and Adult Program rehearsals will be on like normal.

Rehearsals for the next seasonal show- Rockin’ Royalty will begin the week after the current show. Rockin’ Royalty you may ask? The Queen of Soul? The King of Rock and Roll? The King of Pop? The Queen of Rock? The King of Soul? How about Prince or even Queen? Have you ever heard of the 3 Kings of Blues?

At long last, we have added another session of Rock 101 on Monday nights. If you know of anyone interested in getting their child started in music, please pass this along.

A trio of Performance Students, Liv Delongchamp, Teddy Tolbert and Nina Gardner will be performing the National Anthem at UofM men's hockey on October 26. We will have a limited amount of tickets available at the school closer to the event.
