Fall Rock Party: Open House at School of Rock Aurora/DTC
Ever wondered what goes on behind the doors at School of Rock? On Saturday, November 14, you can walk in and find out. The Fall Rock Party is our open house, a chance for families in Aurora and the Denver Tech Center area to see the school, meet the people behind it, and get a feel for what makes this place so loud and so much fun.
Don't just watch. Play. We're offering free music lessons at the Fall Rock Party, so your kid (or you) can grab an instrument and try it for yourself. No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity.
Then turn it up for our House Band, playing at the Fall Rock Party. Every musician in that band is a School of Rock student. They've been working on these songs all season here at the school, and this is where it all comes together in front of a crowd. If you've never seen a student rock band play, get ready. It hits different when the drummer is twelve.
School of Rock Aurora/DTC is an extracurricular, performance-based music school with programs for students ages 4 through adult. We don't just teach songs. We put students on real stages, in real bands, playing for real audiences. Our community partners will be here too, so you'll meet some of the people who help keep music loud in Aurora. This is the future of music, and kids are making it right here and in School of Rock schools all over the world.
Ready to start before the party? All October long, our Shred or Treat special waives the $125 registration fee for new enrollments. Book a free trial lesson on our website, lock in your spot before Halloween, and walk into the Fall Rock Party as part of the band. If you've been looking for music lessons in Aurora or a kids music school that actually gets them playing, come hear the House Band and take a free lesson on us.
