CAMP DESCRIPTION:

Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns, and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. At this music camp, students will learn about various rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation. This camp is designed for students aged 5 to 7 with little to no experience in music. This five-day camp runs Monday through Friday, culminating in a performance on the last day.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm each day
Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time, and fun music-based games and activities
On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Students can expect an exciting and educational week of music instruction from our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring snacks, water, and hearing protection. 

At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp.
