CAMP DESCRIPTION
The 1990s were a defining era for rock, from grunge and alternative to pop-punk and heavy groove rock. This camp dives into the sounds that shaped a generation, celebrating bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, and many more. Throughout the week, students will learn and rehearse iconic 90’s rock songs, build skills in musicianship and band performance, and collaborate creatively with peers. The week will culminate in a live performance to show off everything they’ve learned. Great for students 10-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction on their instrument.
