CAMP DESCRIPTION

Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns, and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. In this camp, students will learn about all the different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation. This summer camp is designed for 6 & 7-year-old students who have little to no experience with music. This five-day camp runs Monday through Friday with a performance at the end of the last day.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

• Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 12:30pm each day
• Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based games & activities
• On Friday, campers will play the songs that they’ve been working on throughout the week in a live performance for their family and friends!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring a snack, water, and hearing protection.
