Every year, the House Band made up of students from School of Rock Huntington, School of Rock Queens, School of Rock Rockville Centre, School of Rock Roslyn and School of Rock/Syosset Oyster Bay hit the road on an unforgettable multi-state tour performing with Schools of Rock from all over the country!

ABOUT HOUSE BAND

House Band represents the best of our students. The House Band made up of students from School of Rock Huntington, School Rock Queens, School of Rock Rockville Centre, School of Rock Roslyn, School o fRock Syosset/Oyster Bay plays throughout Long Island and New York City at numerous street festivals, charity events, numerous public and private gigs, and has provided festival support at the Governor’s Ball Music Festival in Queens, New York. Our students must audition to be selected for House Band, which covers a mix of great family-friendly rock songs from a variety of eras and styles. Our set list has included hit songs from Heart, Boston, the Beatles, Aretha Franklin, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Arctic Monkeys, Elle King, The Killers, and many more.

A School of Rock House Band set is an amazing thing to watch. Our students bring the rock harder than most "pro" bands they share the stage with, and we have become a fixture at many local summer festivals, including Governor’s Ball, the Long Island Fall Festival in Huntington, Queens Night Market, the Syosset Street Fair, Eat Shop Rock and Oyster Bay Cruise Night, to name a few. We have also played many regional rock clubs and venues, including The Bitter End, Revolution, Industry, Amityville Music Hall, and The Paramount.
