Below are links to a Google form for Adult and Performance Programs. Make sure to talk to your instructor about which show would be best for you and rank your preferences. Although we will try to take your preferences into account, these bands will be put together first and foremost on the educational needs of the student and scheduling needs of your family. Please get your form in ASAP.
