Program Overview
This program is a special and unique performance workshop hosted on a premium Caribbean cruise in Winter 2027. It offers students a high-level performance experience similar to our end-of-season shows, while also providing an immersive and memorable musical journey.
Show Time Details
Students will perform multiple sets throughout the cruise, including two opening acts for “Rock the Rock” crews and one featured headlining show. The total performance time will range between 75–100 minutes, aligning with our standard seasonal showcases.
- Two opening sets: 15–20 minutes each
- One headlining set: 45–60 minutes
Music Education Leadership
The program will be led by Marco Fiore and Robyn Sears, who will be onboard to oversee the group and ensure a high-quality learning and performance experience. In addition, members of our Music Team may support students through: Weekly one-on-one lessons and Group rehearsals as part of the performance program
Eligibility & Registration
Participation in this program requires enrollment in our Performance Programs for Summer 2026 and Fall/Winter 2027 (until the end of February). Priority Group 1 (House Band 2026):

- Registration opens: April 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM
- Registration closes: April 12, 2026
IMPORTANT: Students who do not register within this window may lose their guaranteed placement and A minimum of 12 performers is required for the program to run.
Instrument Slots
This is an audition-based program with a maximum of 14 students. Final availability will be confirmed after the Priority Group 1 registration period. Spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Program Requirements
Students are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct throughout the program. Participation may be cancelled (non-refundable) after three warnings. A signed Code of Conduct from both students and guardians is required prior to August.
All performances will follow a Rock theme from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Students will rehearse together as a single group from September through February, with the cruise performance serving as the Fall 2027 end-of-season show.
Gear & Equipment
Students are responsible for bringing their own instruments when required. The school may provide select equipment such as keyboards and percussion for assigned students.
Additional instrument or amplifier rentals may be arranged if needed, but these costs are not included in the program fees and will be addressed separately.
Tuition & Costs
The program includes a non-refundable workshop fee of $950 CAD. In addition, all participants and guests must book a cruise package through Wanda Smith (Travel Time Agency). This package includes accommodations, meals, drinks, WiFi, gratuities, and exclusive accesses to Rock the Rock and School of Rock performances on the Regal Princess Cruise to the Carribean from February 20-28, 2027 (e.g. 8-day premium cruise).
Please note that airfare, hotels, and transportation to Fort Lauderdale are NOT included.
