CAMP DESCRIPTION

Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. In this camp, students will learn about all the different rock instruments (vocal, drums, keys, guitar, bass) and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation. This summer camp is designed for 5 – 7-year-old students who have little to no experience with music.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A typical day at camp involves fun games and activities Instruments are provided, but guitar and bass players are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. 

FRIDAY PERFORMANCE

On Friday, the last day of school, campers will put on a show for family and friends and perform the songs they’ve been working on all week. The show will take place at the school.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camp or workshop up to 15 days prior to the camp or workshop start date. Cancellations within 14 days before camp or workshop are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to make changes.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: The health and safety of our students is our top priority. If the School of Rock has to cancel a camp or workshop for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit.
