For School of Rock York's 7th season, the Performance Program played hits of the 80s, 70s hard rock, and a Dave Grohl tribute. The show was July 12 at Double Barrel Roadhouse.

For the Hits of the 80s performance group, students played songs by artists like Toto, Michael Jackson, Cyndi Lauper, and Bonnie Tyler. The 70s Hard Rock group took to the stage with songs by Motorhead, Thin Lizzy, Queen, and Elton John. The Rock 'N' Grohl performance group rocked out with songs written by Dave Grohl. 

Some students from our Rock 101 programs opened the show. 

We are so incredibly proud of the growth, bravery, and pure rock-and-roll spirit all of our students showed. The future of rock is in great hands!
