School of Rock is proud to recognize multi-school franchise owners Dan Moore and Quinn Lukas, who have been named 2026 Franchisees of the Year by the International Franchise Association (IFA). Dan and Quinn are among three other IFA Franchisee of the Year award winners from Youth Enrichment Brands; joining them are Jay and Danielle Mechtly of i9 Sports in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Amy Albiero of SafeSplash Swim School + SwimLabs in Louisville, Kentucky. The honorees will be recognized at the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., September 14 to 16, alongside top franchisees from IFA member brands nationwide.
From Parents to Successful Franchise Owners
Dan Moore and Quinn Lukas own two School of Rock locations, School of Rock Wexford and School of Rock South Hills, and have both held nearly every role in the School of Rock system along the way, from parent to instructor, music director, general manager, and now franchise owner. Under their leadership, both schools moved from the lowest tier of School of Rock's internal performance benchmarking to its highest, earning Headliner status, an elite recognition, in 2025 and ranking among the system's top 10 schools.
The financial turnaround at both locations has been significant. South Hills more than doubled its trailing twelve-month revenue between the first quarter of 2022 and the fourth quarter of 2025, and Wexford saw a similar trajectory, also doubling its revenue. Both schools also posted major gains in core program enrollment and adoption of the Method App, School of Rock's patented digital learning platform.
Their greatest impact cannot be measured on a financial statement. It can be seen in students who discover confidence, belonging, and a passion for music, the employees they develop, and families who find a second home at School of Rock. Their generosity extends across the system, from welcoming dozens of touring schools to sharing their knowledge, experience, and best practices with fellow franchise owners.
Dan and Quinn believe success is meant to be shared. They invest in their people, support their peers, and represent School of Rock with pride; their leadership has strengthened two schools, enriched their communities, and contributed to the improvement of the entire franchise system.
These multi-unit owners represent franchising at its best: owners who pair exceptional business performance with generosity, collaboration, and purpose. Their journey from members of the School of Rock community to two of its most respected leaders demonstrates the impact franchise owners can make when they believe deeply in their mission, their people, and the communities they serve.

An Award-Winning System
The IFA Franchisee of the Year award recognizes owners for excellence in entrepreneurship, community outreach, workforce development, and service to others. This year, Youth Enrichment Brands is the only company with IFA Franchisee of the Year winners representing three separate franchise systems.
"Having three franchisees recognized across three different brands says something about the caliber of owners in our system," said Rob Price, CEO of Youth Enrichment Brands. "Dan, Quinn, Jay, Danielle, and Amy each built something that outgrew their own four walls. They've strengthened their businesses, developed their teams, and made their peers better in the process. That's exactly the kind of ownership we want to build our brands around."
"Recognition like this is exactly what we point to when we're recruiting new franchisees," said Elliot Schiffer, Chief Development Officer of Youth Enrichment Brands. "Dan and Quinn turned around two struggling schools, Jay and Danielle built a market from the ground up, and Amy expanded from one location to three. That's the kind of operator we're building our growth around across every brand."
