"Essentially school of rock teaches music concepts through the stage, so we put on shows every quarter where we teach the various concepts where the other school do it the exactly the opposite way around, we find it keeps the students and members engaged, and people don't lose interest when they find they're able to master a song in a few months," Says Managing Director, Keith Tauber.

"We brings kids together who have a passion for music, and they have a place to go. They can take individual lessons, but what really makes us different is the group rehearsals that bring musicians together. By forming a band, they learn life skills, such as team building, self-confidence and presenting themselves in front of people. They're learning life skills in addition to music. That's the culture I'm building at my school. They learn to be amazing musicians, but they also are learning to become a great person too. That's our philosophy: Inspiring the world to rock on stage and in life."

“Kids who want to play rock and roll don’t have that option in their schools. We appeal to the kid who wants to play rock and roll and doesn’t want to have to stay in his parents’ basement to do it. We get kids out of the house and on stage. It’s amazing what that does for their self-confidence and self-esteem.”
