Our music education programs are the most revolutionary approach to teaching music. Students work with their instructor in private lessons and then bring those skills to their weekly group rehearsal where they practice their song assignments and hone musicianship skills like teamwork, collaboration, resilience, and confidence! ROCK 101
AGES 7-10 | REHEARSALS: MONDAY, TUESDAY OR FRIDAY 4:15 | SATURDAY 12:45
Rock 101 is an amazing starting point for our young beginners. Our students learn to rock with simplified versions from our setlist library in supportive and fun group settings. Rock 101 students perform live as the opening act for the Performance Program at our end of season shows.
PERFORMANCE PROGRAM: SoCal
AGES 10-17 | REHEARSALS: MONDAYS 6:00-8:00
SoCal is a variety show based on the late 90s Southern California scene. Explore thus era with bands like No Doubt, Sublime, Offspring, 311, Weezer and Sugar Ray.
PERFORMANCE PROGRAM: R&B then & now
AGES 10-17 | REHEARSALS: tuesdays 6:00-8:00
R&B laid the foundation for virtually all of the rock & roll and pop music that followed. We will span the times of R&B then and what it is now. Covering artists like Aretha Franklin and the Jackson 5, to Mariah Carey, and all the way to Frank Ocean, Renee Rapp, and Beyonce.

Radiohead has emerged in the 20th century as torchbearers of the progressive rock tradition. With their constant instrumental experimentation, culturally relevant lyrics and themes, and blend of styles and dramas, Radiohead are heralded as one of the most important and critically acclaimed rock acts of the modern era.

The perfect show for School of Rock students of all levels! Focusing heavily on music from the mid-1960s through the mid-1990s, bands will be featured that everyone will enjoy.
ADUlt PROGRAM: british invasion
AGES 18+ | REHEARSALS: mondays 8:00-10:00
The sudden and intense popularity of British rock & roll crossed the Atlantic and the catalog of music created by these artists - including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, and The Kinks - propelled rock & roll music to the mainstream of cultural relevance where it remains to this day.
ADULT PROGRAM: Summertime blues
AGES 18+ | REHEARSALS: wednesdays 8:00-10:00
This show is a crash course in the great blues players over the years, and within its setlist, it shows how the torch was passed throughout the years. From the original Blues pioneers to the '80s Blues revival and beyond, this show is not only a great lesson in instrument improvisation, but also why the Blues will never fade away.
