More than 250 people packed the Chrome Horse Saloon outdoor stage area in Cedar Rapids to celebrate summer season performances from the School of Rock Cedar Rapids/Marion Rock 101 and Performance Program groups. The house was electric and rocking!

Chloe Weidl is a drums instructor at the Cedar Rapids/Marion School of Rock and has been part of the staff since April 2021. Before becoming a teacher, Weidl was a student at the SOR in Geneva, IL while in high school. So, the transition to teaching was easy when she moved to Iowa because she already knew how the program works.
