IS THIS REALLY TEAM BUILDING OR IS IT JUST FUN? A band is the ultimate team. Just like in the office, every member of the band must be on top of their individual game. But, just like the office, individual super stars aren’t enough. You need every company rock star to put the team ahead of their own ego. Same in the band. When a musician doesn’t play their instrument in synch with the rest of the band, the outcome is quite disappointing…. And very obvious.
