Nirvana Camp
Blending elements of punk rock and melodic pop, Nirvana's sound defined the grunge movement of the early '90s and left a lasting impact on the music landscape. Students at this music camp will spend Monday through Friday learning and practicing songs from Nirvana, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 7-18 years of age who have had some previous instruction.
Weekly Schedule
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm
- Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time and fun music-based games and activities
- On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they've been working on throughout the week!
What to Expect
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection.
At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp.
