Join us for Rookies camp where each day will consist of instrument exploration and fun, music-based games and activities.

CAMP DESCRIPTION

Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. In this music camp, students will learn about all the different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation. This camp is designed for 6 to 7-year-old students who have little to no experience with music. Unlike our other camps, no instrument selection is made during registration as they will experiment with different instruments during the camp. This five-day camp runs Monday through Friday with a performance at the end of the last day.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Camp runs Monday - Friday, 12pm - 3pm each day.
Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based game & activities.
On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week! The performance will start promptly at 2:30pm. All family and friends are welcome to the performance!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring snacks, and water. Hearing protection is required. We provide over the ear hearing protection for no cost or disposable hearing protection available for $1 plus tax at the front desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camps up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
