Rock 'N' Roll Boot Camp is for beginners 8-12 years of age. No experience is needed. Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities.
ABOUT THIS CAMP
Want to play in a band on stage? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 8-12 years of age. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs throughout the week and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.
SCHEDULE
- Camp runs over four weekdays (see dates) 10am - 2pm each day.
- Drop off is no earlier than 9:45am each day.
- Pick up is no later than 2:15pm each day.
- Each day will consist of rehearsals, group lessons, and fun music-based games/activities.
LAST DAY PERFORMANCE
On the last day of camp, campers will put on a show for family and friends and perform the songs they’ve been working on all week in one of our rehearsal rooms. The show will take place at the school at 1:45pm. We will provide more details regarding the performance on the first day of camp.
WHAT TO BRING
- Ear plugs/headphones are required for all campers. We have pairs of headsets for each student which they are more than welcome to use for the duration of the camp but if you would like to bring your own, feel free.
- Campers must bring their own (NUT-FREE) lunch, snacks, and water bottle for each day of the camp.
- For ROCK 101 programs we provide all instruments needed for the duration of the camp. However, if your child already has their own guitar, bass guitar or drumsticks that they would like to use, please have them bring it with them to camp. Please note that campers may rotate through and play different instruments throughout the camp, depending on the needs of the group.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Students are not permitted to leave the facility at ANY time on their own, and must be picked up by a parent or guardian at the end of the day.

- Campers may not be playing their first instrument of choice due to high demand but we will always try our best to accommodate.
- Please review the school's Code of Conduct with your child prior to the first day of camp.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations more than seven days before the first day of camp will receive a full refund of an account credit to be used for any School Of Rock Perth program/camp OR a refund back to the card used along with a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 6 days and 24 hours prior to the start of camp will receive a 50% refund of an account credit to be used for any School Of Rock Perth program/camp OR a 50% refund back to the card used along with a $50 cancellation fee.
*No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start of camp or once the camp has already commenced.*
In the event that School Of Rock must cancel a camp for any reason (such as not enough campers), a full refund will be issued.
