Performers arrive at least 45 minutes before the set time.

The Lodge offers:
Food and Drinks for students and adults
Unobstructed seating
Plenty of parking
Handicapped accessible
Green Room for Performers
When Performers arrive, they check in and place all gear in the “Green Room”. The Lodge will have table seating available, but please note it’s first come, first served—no reservations. It is a large room with unobstructed views of the stage. Please be mindful of possibly moving tables to allow other families to have the front tables to view their performers closer.

The Lodge will also be offering a simple menu with burgers, fries, and drinks for both kids and adults, so there will be plenty to enjoy!

Lastly, for our performers, we ask that you dress like rock stars—think stylish and fun, but avoid sweatpants or sportswear with logos. You wouldn’t see Green Day perform in Nike shirts, so let’s keep it cool and concert-ready!

The Mahwah Elks Lodge is handicapped accessible and has lots of parking available.
