Libraries are usually quiet, but not when the School of Rock Cedar Rapids/Marion House Band took over!  The Anamosa library and learning center hosted a summer celebration during the heat wave in late July, and band members were invited to perform at the festival.  The event was scheduled outside but was moved inside because of the extreme temperatures.  The band played nine songs for the crowd.  They turned a silent library into a loud one (in a good way, we think).
