Kyra
General Manager
Kyra grew up in a music household; her dad was a guitarist in multiple bands and her mom blasted music in the kitchen showing her to "feel the grove" from a young age. Kyra has been attending concerts with her parents for as long as she can remember—getting lost in a mosh pit or several over the years. Kyra picked up many instruments at a young age but enjoyed watching her older brother excel at drums, eventually becoming a professional drummer. Although Kyra decided to not pursue playing music as her main interest, she has surrounded herself with musicians as her core group and continues to dabble in the craft.

Kyra joins us from an extension background in business operations, leadership, and team building. She spent many years after college working for Apple Inc. until she transitioned to Assistant Director at One River School of Art & Design. Her experiences at One River brought her to manage a private art studio (Ashcan Studios) until she joined the School of Rock team.

Kyra was thrilled to have joined the School of Rock community in Clark, NJ as their Assistant General Manager in 2022 after being within the greater School of Rock community for over eight years. Kyra is now the General Manager at School of Rock Chatham.
