We can't describe Dad Rock, but we know it when we hear it! This camp is a fun review of the 70's, 80's and 90's hits that are now part of our national ear-worm - and your dad does like them.

CAMP DESCRIPTION

Crank up the amps at our Dad Rock Camp, where classic riffs and sing-along anthems never go out of style! Dive into legendary hits from bands like Queen, The Rolling Stones, Heart, Eagles, and Journey. Learn the art of rock-solid rhythm, soaring guitar solos, and big-stage confidence as you celebrate the timeless sound that shaped generations of rock fans. We'll bring tissues for your Dad.

To enroll in this camp, students must be 12-18 years old and have intermediate to advanced experience on their instrument. After your camp purchase, a member of our team will reach out with a student information form to prepare for a rockin' week! 

Camp hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-2:30PM with a final show at an iconic Chicago venue at the end of the week! Venue TBD.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Come ready to rock from 9:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Lunch will be eaten outdoors (weather permitting). Please pack a lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection for all camp days. There will be a performance at a nearby venue on Friday at 12:30pm. Friends and family are welcome!

CANCELLATION POLICY

The health and safety of our students is our top priority. Camps that are canceled up to 15 days prior to the start of camp can receive a full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Chicago West program/camp or a refund back to the card used minus a $50 cancellation fee. If the camp is canceled within 14 days of the start of the camp, full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Chicago West program/camp or a 50% refund back to the card used.
