This very funky R n' B camp promises everyone a danceable, musical, groovy time exploring and playing some of the biggest hits to ever grace the airwaves.

CAMP DESCRIPTION

Get ready to groove at our Funk and R&B Music Camp, where rhythm, soul, and style come alive! Participants will learn to lock in tight grooves, master smooth vocals, and perform timeless hits inspired by legends like Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind & Fire, Prince, Aretha Franklin, and James Brown. Whether you play, sing, or move to the beat, this camp is your chance to experience the irresistible energy and creativity that make Funk and R&B unforgettable.

To enroll in this camp, students must be 12-18 years old and have intermediate to advanced experience on their instrument. After your camp purchase, a member of our team will reach out with a student information form to prepare for a rockin' week! 

Camp hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-2:30PM with a final show at an iconic Chicago venue at the end of the week! Venue TBD.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Come ready to rock from 9:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Lunch will be eaten outdoors (weather permitting). Please pack a lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection for all camp days. There will be a performance at a nearby venue on Friday at 12:30pm. Friends and family are welcome!

CANCELLATION POLICY

The health and safety of our students is our top priority. Camps that are canceled up to 15 days prior to the start of camp can receive a full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Chicago West program/camp or a refund back to the card used minus a $50 cancellation fee. If the camp is canceled within 14 days of the start of the camp, full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Chicago West program/camp or a 50% refund back to the card used.
