Classic Rock Camp – School of Rock 

Our Classic Rock Camp takes students on a musical journey through the most iconic bands, riffs, and anthems in rock history. From legends like Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Queen, and The Who, this camp gives young musicians the chance to explore the songs and styles that defined an era. 

Throughout the week, students will:

• Learn and rehearse classic rock songs chosen to match their skill level
• Study the signature sounds of the 60s, 70s, and 80s — including guitar riffs, vocal harmonies, drum grooves, and basslines
• Work together in bands to develop musicianship, teamwork, and stage presence
• Receive hands-on coaching from our professional instructors on technique, tone, and performance
• Prepare for a final performance where they’ll rock the stage and showcase everything they’ve learned
• Classic Rock Camp is perfect for students who love guitar-driven music, big choruses, and timeless rock energy. Whether they’re discovering these bands for the first time or already obsessed with vinyl classics, campers will build confidence, sharpen their skills, and experience what it feels like to play in a real rock band.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

• Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm each day
• Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time and fun music-based games and activities
• On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection.

At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp.
