Rock Rookies Camp – School of Rock
Our Rock Rookies Camp is the perfect introduction to music for our youngest aspiring rockstars. Designed specifically for early beginners, this camp focuses on exploration, creativity, and building musical confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Throughout the camp, Rock Rookies will:
- Try out a variety of instruments including drums, guitar, bass, keys, and vocals
- Learn basic musical concepts like rhythm, tempo, and dynamics through games and hands-on activities
- Develop listening skills, teamwork, and coordination
- Participate in age-appropriate musical exercises that encourage creativity and self-expression
- Work together to prepare a fun mini-showcase at the end of camp for family and friends
- Rock Rookies Camp is ideal for young children who are curious about music, eager to try different instruments, and ready to begin their musical journey in a playful, energetic setting. No experience is needed, just enthusiasm!

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection.
- At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp
"School of Rock Clark completely exceeded our expectations. My child came home from camp every day excited, inspired, and more confident than ever. The instructors were amazing and truly cared about helping each kid grow. It was an unforgettable experience — we can’t recommend it enough."
