Come celebrate bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Green Day, Weezer and many more in our Best of the 90s music camp.

The 90s were one of music’s most important decades as grunge and alternative music took over the airwaves and popular culture. Come celebrate bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Green Day, Weezer and many more in our Best of the 90s music camp. Students will spend Friday through Thursday learning and practicing songs from the 90s, all culminating in a live performance on the Plaza Tropical stage at Musikfest on the last Friday. Great for students 7-18 years old who have had some previous instruction.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Camp runs Friday - Thursday, 9am - 2:30pm each day
Students should expect some time listening to songs over the weekend in between.
The performance will be on the 2nd Friday of the camp, at 12 noon.
Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time and fun music-based games and activities

SCHEDULE NOTE: Our performance date has not been confirmed yet, but over the pasy few years we have gotten our Performance Slot on the 2nd Friday of Musikfest from 12 noon to 3pm.  Campers will be playing before our House Band, the Bank Street Band. If for some reason the performance date needs to be changed, campers will be notified immediately and given the option to cancel their enrollment.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection.
At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. 

This camp is for students with some level of experience on their instrument.  In order to make it fair for everyone in the camp, students that are not enrolled in our program must make themselves available for an evauation by one of our instructors.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camps up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
