CAMP DESCRIPTION

Want to play in a band onstage? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 8-12 years of age. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Students will learn songs by artists such as the White Stripes, Green Day and Imagine Dragons (song selection will vary by location). Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.

RAMP UP TO CAMP

Take advantage of our RAMP UP TO CAMP program that offers deep discounts on a series of private lessons to ensure your budding musician is ready to ‘Strike the right chord’!

If you are new to School of Rock, come in for a free trial lesson and tour of the school. We would love to meet your student and assess their proficiency level to ensure they have the best camp experience.

GUITAR RENTALS

The cost to rent a guitar or bass is a $65 flat fee for the entire week of camp. This will be charged to the student’s account when reserved. Availability can only be guaranteed if you confirm with us no later than two weeks prior to the start of camp. WEEKLY SCHEDULE

• Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm each day
• Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based game & activities
• On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week! There will be an on-site performance at 2:00pm. Friends and family are welcome!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water and hearing protection.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camps up to 30 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 30 days before camp are not eligible for a refund. If a camper is no longer able to attend the originally purchase camp, we will allow the camp enrollment to be transferred to another camp week, subject to availability.
