Our Performance Program students put one a smashing show on Saturday May 20th at Chop Shop! The students played hits from different genres, including classics from Pop, New Wave, Soul, Indie and Grunge. The Pop popped off with songs from artists like Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson and Billie Eilish. New Wave threw it back with hits by Blondie, Eurythmics, and a-Ha. Soul swooned the crowd with tunes by Marvin Gaye, Vulfpeck, and Hiatus Kaiyote. Indie summed up the last twenty years with artists like The Killers, Phoebe Bridgers and Mitski. Grunge brought us back to the 90's with classics by Nirvana, Sonic Youth and Mudhoney.
