We are marching in the St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 5th!
This year, the School of Rock Elmhurst Houseband will join the annual Elmhurst St. Patrick's Day parade! This is an awesome yearly parade filled with tons of local parade participants on foot and float! The Elmhurst Houseband will perform live on a float. Families are invited to come march with us--contact us for details!
The parade route begins off from Wilson St & Spring Road and heads North, ending at the railroad one block South of St. Charles Road in front of Silverado Grill.

Our School of Rock DuPage County Houseband Showcase is coming up on May 7th!
Our Houseband has started rehearsals this month, and they have their first gig coming up in May!
Houseband is School of Rock's community outreach band. Hand-selected and led by a senior member of the staff, the band is comprised of the school's most hard-working, dedicated, and talented students who perform throughout the year at various community events. Our young adult performance program had a show last month!
Our young adult program had a rockin' show on February 7th at LiveWire Lounge in Chicago, IL. This was a great show featuring songs by Evanescence, The Pixies, Sublime, and more!

Our instructor CJ has been chosen as one of this year's AllStars Music Directors!
Many of you know CJ as a drum instructor and MD here at Elmhurst, and we're excited to announce that he has been chosen as one of the MDs for this year's annual AllStars program.
The School of Rock AllStars Tour takes the very best students from around the world and sends them on a country-wide summer tour across the United States. Less than 1% of School of Rock students are selected each year to represent School of Rock as an AllStar. Once selected, students will have an authentic touring experience, including traveling on a tour bus, doing tour publicity, and starring in nightly performances at famous venues and festivals during a two-week tour.
