Welcome to August! Read on to hear about what's happening at School of Rock Elmhurst this month...

First off, the Summer Performance Program Show is coming up soon! 

Our Summer Season Performance Program will be happening on Saturday October 1st, 2022 at Heroes West in Lemont! The performance will feature students from our Performance Program as they pay tribute to some of the great music festivals including: Lollapalooza, Lilith Fair, Woodstock, and Coachella. 

The show starts at 11am and goes until 4pm. We hope to see you there!

Elmhurst Rock the Block:

The School of Rock Elmhurst Houseband is back at Rock the Block this year! This is a yearly festival hosted by the Elmhurst City Centre, and School of Rock is excited to be back onstage for another year. Other events at Rock the Block include more live music (Hello Weekend, Wedding Banned, ARRA, and Sixteen Candles), as well as tons of food vendors and family-friendly activities!

Our Houseband will play at 4PM on September 9th, but the festival itself runs two full days--September 9th and 10th!

Mark your calendars for our 1st Annual Houseband auditions!

Saturday November 12th from 10am to 3pm is the first annual house band auditions!  They're open to anyone over 12 years old with at least one season in performance program under their belt.
