MUSIC PRODUCTION HALF DAY CAMP

The purpose of this half day camp is to give kids ages 11 and up an understanding of how to make music digitally. We would begin with basic recording and MIDI concepts, and explore the giant world of synthesizers and drum machines. While there will be plenty of time spent learning, this camp will also feature time for students to write their own music! This camp is aimed at students who have either an interest in recording or producing music. All participants will need to bring a device that has Garage Band downloaded on it. 

WEEKLY SCHEDULE 

• Camp runs Monday - Thursday, 11am - 3pm
• Each day consists of learning how to us GarageBand, creating music, and fun music-based games and activities

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning how to produce music taught by our talented instructors. By the end of the week, each student would have a song/beat to take home!
