Rock 101 Camp
Start your child’s musical journey with Rock 101 Camp, a fun and engaging introduction to playing in a band! Campers will explore the basics of guitar, bass, drums, and vocals in a supportive, hands-on environment, learning to play simple songs and build confidence on stage. This camp is designed for beginners, helping young musicians develop coordination, rhythm, and teamwork while having a blast making music with new friends.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm each day
- Drop off is no earlier than 15-mins before the start of the day
- Pick up is no later than 10-mins after the end of the day on Friday. Your child are welcome to stay longer as long as the school is open on Monday to Thursday.
- Each day will consist of rehearsal time, practice time and fun games/activities
FRIDAY PERFORMANCE
On Friday, campers will put on a show for family and friends and perform the songs they’ve been working on all week. The show will take place at TBD location and will start normally around 3pm.
WHAT TO BRING?
- Campers must bring their own lunch each day
- Guitarists must bring their own guitar and/or bass
- Guitarists must bring straps, picks, extra strings, etc
- Vocalists must bring their own microphone if available (if not, we can provide one)
- Drummers must bring their own drumsticks
- Ear plugs (we have some you can purchase or use)
LESSON PACKS
Is your student new to their instrument? Or maybe they just need to brush up and take a few private lessons before camp? We have special lesson packs and plans available at a great price for all our summer campers not currently enrolled in one of our regular programs!
