Our School of Rock DuPage County Houseband Showcase is coming up on May 7th!

Our Houseband has started rehearsals this month, and they have their first gig coming up in May!

Houseband is School of Rock's community outreach band. Hand-selected and led by a senior member of the staff, the band is comprised of the school's most hard-working, dedicated, and talented students who perform throughout the year at various community events. Interested in learning more about Houseband? Contact us for further information!

Our new performance program season starts next week, the week of March 7th!

If your family has been in the performance program in the past, are not yet signed up for a new show, and would like to continue in our performance group this Spring, please give us a call to enroll. We have shows dedicated to these themes: The Beatles, Nirvana, U2, Led Zeppelin, and Van Halen.

We're excited to welcome a new Studio Coordiator to our team!

With Cassie joining us, we now have two awesome Studio Coordinators at SoR! Lauren will continue working morning hours from 10AM-3PM Monday through Friday, and Cassie will be in-person at the School from 3PM-9PM Monday through Friday. Remember, the best way to reach SoR Hinsdale for time sensitive requests is to email hinsdale@schooolofrock.com

Cassie Heaney: Cassie has always loved and appreciated art and music. She grew up in dance classes as well as started playing the guitar in high school. She graduated college with a degree in graphic design which she used previously before coming to School Of Rock. In her free time she enjoys going to concerts or embracing a relaxing Netflix night in.

March is Women's History Month!

Rock and Roll would not be what it is today without the contributions of female rockers over the years. To learn more about some of these icons, take a look at this three-part series on our website detailing a few of these amazing female artists!
