Description
Ear training, song structure rhythm patterns and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. In this music camp, students will learn about all the different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation. This camp is designed for 5 to 7 year old students who have little to no experience with music. This five-day camp runs Monday through Friday with a performance at the end of the last day.
Weekly Schedule
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm each day
- Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time and fun music-based games and activities
- On Friday, campers will play perform the songs they've been working on throughout the week!
What To Expect
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snack, water and hearing protection.
At School of Rock Medford, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be offered on canceled camps up to 90 days prior to the camp start date. A 50% refund will be offered on canceled camps up to 30 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations under 30 days prior to camp start dates are not eligible for a refund.
