In this camp, 6 - 7 year old beginners will learn about different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and appreciation.
Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. In this camp, students will learn about all the different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation. This summer camp is designed for 6–7 year-old students who have little to no experience with music. This five-day camp runs Monday through Friday with a performance at the end of the last day.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm each day Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based games & activities On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection.
Our daughter had a fantastic week at camp. She was so motivated to improve. Skilled directors knew how to bring out her best. She loved the group setting and the relaxed fun vibe. She definitely wants to do more. - Nicole
