CAMP DESCRIPTION
Can’t play guitar? Don’t “Fret”! Our beginner guitar camp is a 5 day rock n roll experience that will take complete beginners and get them up and playing real rock songs in one short week. Students can expect to learn the basic fundamentals of guitar such as chording, tuning, strumming and picking. We will also explore all the cool equipment like amps, pedals and other gear needed to play like a rock star!

If you are new to School of Rock, come in for a free trial lesson and tour of the school. We would love to meet your student and assess their proficiency level to ensure they have the best camp experience.
GUITAR RENTALS
The cost to rent a guitar or bass is a $65 flat fee for the entire week of camp. This will be charged to the student’s account when reserved. Availability can only be guaranteed if you confirm with us no later than two weeks prior to the start of camp. WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 12:30pm - 2:30pm each day
- Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based game & activities
- By design there is no end of camp performance. This allows for the camp's focus to be solely on acclimating students to rock music and to learning a new instrument. We will produce and share fun videos to give a peek into what students experience during the week.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring, snacks, water and hearing protection.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camps up to 30 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 30 days before camp are not eligible for a refund. If a camper is no longer able to attend the originally purchase camp, we will allow the camp enrollment to be transferred to another camp week, subject to availability.
