WHAT TO EXPECT:
Students attending Songwriting camp can expect to spend the majority of their time this week learning how to write songs, workshoping song ideas, putting parts together, and practicing their parts. Later in the week the Songwriting students will collaborate with the Production & Recording students to record their project songs.
At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp.
The week will culminate in a listening party with friends and familes to listen to their work from the week and celebrate their original work!
If you have any questions about any of our camps, feel free to email us at natick@schoolofrock.com.
Rock on!
"This was our first experience with the School of Rock in Natick. My son was truly inspired and clearly strengthened his knowledge and ability to write songs. Additionally, the exposure to music production has inspired him to create his own music production set up at home. He wants to be a better musician and the Songwriting camp showed him what he can do to take the next step in this journey of learning. Rock on!" -Camp Parent
