DESCRIPTION
Want to create and record your own music from start to finish? During this 10-day camp, students will explore both songwriting and recording, learning how to craft original songs and bring them to life in the studio. Students will study chord progressions, arrangements, and song structure, while also gaining hands-on experience with recording and mixing using accessible technology and gear. By the end of the week, each participant will have written, recorded, and produced their own polished tracks to take home. This camp is designed for vocalists and instrumentalists 13-18 years old who have some prior musical experience and are ready to dive into both the creative and technical sides of music.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 3.30pm each day
- Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time and fun music-based games and activities
On the last Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!
