School of Rock Pleasanton Cancellation Policy
Plan Cancellation
To cancel your enrollment plan, a 30-day written notice is required. Please submit your cancellation request to pleasanton@schoolofrock.com.
Need to Miss a Lesson?
No worries! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll issue a make-up pass for your private lesson.
Important Details:
Private Lessons:
✔ Cancel 24+ hours in advance = receive a make-up pass
✘ Less than 24 hours or no-show = no make-up or refund
Group Rehearsals and Little Wing / Rookies Classes:
✘ No make-ups or refunds for missed group sessions
How to Cancel a Lesson:
Online in Pike 13: Cancel through your Pike 13 account
Email: pleasanton@schoolofrock.com
Call or Text: 925-535-ROCK (7625) during office hours
In Person: Let a Studio Coordinator know the date you'll miss
Make-Up Lesson Guidelines:
Make-up passes are for private lessons only, with 24+ hours' notice
Passes expire 60 days after they’re issued
Make-ups may be with a different instructor, based on availability
Passes must be used before your membership ends
