What's your cancellation policy for lessons?

School of Rock Pleasanton Cancellation Policy

Plan Cancellation
To cancel your enrollment plan, a 30-day written notice is required. Please submit your cancellation request to pleasanton@schoolofrock.com.

Need to Miss a Lesson?
No worries! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll issue a make-up pass for your private lesson.

Important Details:


Private Lessons:
✔ Cancel 24+ hours in advance = receive a make-up pass
✘ Less than 24 hours or no-show = no make-up or refund


Group Rehearsals and Little Wing / Rookies Classes:
✘ No make-ups or refunds for missed group sessions

Make-Up Lesson Guidelines:
Make-up passes are for private lessons only, with 24+ hours' notice
Passes expire 60 days after they’re issued
Make-ups may be with a different instructor, based on availability
Passes must be used before your membership ends

School of Rock is perfect for beginning musicians and intermediate and advanced musicians, too. School of Rock works to develop each student's skills to be stage-ready for performance.

What does School of Rock teach?

School of Rock teaches guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboard + piano, and singing. What sets School of Rock apart from traditional music lessons is our Method™ which combines one-on-one instruction with group rehearsals and live performances, teaching students how to play together as a band.

Do you offer advanced programs for experienced musicians at School of Rock Pleasanton?

Yes!  Our patented teaching method is designed to provide powerful music learning to students of all levels.  Additionally we have painstakingly categorized over 1200 songs according to the parts in each song and the level of difficulty of each part - ensuring that we are able to provide the appropriately challenging music to all of our students.
