Meghan
Vocal Teacher, Keyboard + Piano Teacher
Meghan discovered her love for music at the age of five when she realized how much she enjoyed singing. By age 10, she was already performing in her church band, which further deepened her passion for music. Throughout middle school, Meghan participated in both chorus and orchestra, where she played the cello for two years.
In high school, Meghan took a piano class and quickly fell in love with the instrument. She has been self-taught ever since and enjoys continuing to grow her skills. She also took vocal lessons in high school to improve her singing skills. Meghan’s passion for music naturally led her to share what she knows with friends and family, helping them learn the basics of singing and piano. These experiences inspired her to begin teaching more formally.
She has a special love for jazz and musical theater. She enjoys incorporating that energy and expression into her lessons. She is especially passionate about working with children and believes in making the learning process fun, engaging, and encouraging. Her teaching philosophy centers around creating a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel free to express themselves through music.
Frankie
Guitar Teacher, Bass Guitar Teacher, Drums Teacher
Frankie was enthralled with music from a young age, amazed by the sounds many of the early 2000’s radio stations produced. However, it wasn’t until 18, while studying personal finance at college, that Frankie realized the passion for music had grown into something that couldn’t be ignored.
After a swift transfer to a music program, Frankie quickly realized if music was going to be the journey, that it would be crucial to find an institution that focused on it. After a short few months, Frankie auditioned and was enrolled at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
After having the fortune of studying under and alongside some of the best musicians from around the world, Frankie now looks to pass down the knowledge and experience gained on to a new generation of bright-eyed, passionate music makers at School of Rock Royersford.
