Students will learn about chord progressions, arrangements and other tricks of the trade. We’ll spend Monday through Friday learning and writing songs, all culminating in a live performance at the end of the week during our Songwriter Showcase for parents and friends. This music camp is great for students 12-18 years old who have had previous instruction.
SCHEDULE
Camp runs Monday through Friday 9am - 3:00pm each day
Drop off is no earlier than 9am each day
Pick up is no later than 3:10pm each day
Each day will consist of songwriting, rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based games/activities
WHAT TO BRING
Campers must bring their own (NUT-FREE) lunch, snacks, and a water bottle labeled with their name each day.
Please make sure your student wears clothing and footwear suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities, especially during summer camps.
Please do NOT send your camper with distracting devices such as iPads, electronic devices, or toys. We have lots of fun activities planned for the campers and these devices will take away from their full enjoyment of the camp experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Students are not permitted to leave the facility at ANY time on their own, and must be picked up by a parent or guardian at the end of camp.
Please review the school's Code of Conduct with your child prior to the first day of camp.
A fully completed and signed waiver is required in order to attend and participate in programs at School of Rock.
After registering for camp, please sign the required waivers on the School of Rock client portal - Pike13, which you can access from your confirmation email.
PARKING / DROP OFF
Please bring your child inside rather than dropping them off at the street. A parent or guardian must be present to pick up each camper. We are unable to let students leave the building on their own at any time, or to meet you on the street.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations up to 45 days prior to the start of camp will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of camp. In the event that School of Rock must cancel a camp for any reason (such as not enough campers), a full refund will be provided.
