2025 alumni reunion show
We're stoked to present the School of Rock Cleveland Alumni Reunion Show! This special event features performances from former students of School of Rock Strongsville, Highland Heights, and Cleveland West. Come hear what our alumni have been up to!
When: Thursday, July 24th, 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Where: The Winchester Music Tavern
Tickets: $10 at the door, all ages welcome
Show lineup:
The Brakes – A blues-rock band based in Cleveland, The Brakes combine a mix of original music and their own takes of popular covers ranging from music by Jimi Hendrix and Black Sabbath to Childish Gambino and Prince. School of Rock alumni include Wes Cespedes (guitar) and Preston Murphy (bass).
Huntmere – Huntmere is an up and coming band composed of all Cleveland- based musicians. They fuse Midwest indie with an edge of fusion and r&b, playing original songs and unique spins on timeless classics. All five members of Huntmere are a School of Rock Alumni: Preston Murphy (bass), Noah Knoblock (guitar/vocals), Sean Daugherty (guitar/vocals), Auden Stevenson (drums), Elise Bonezzi (vocals).
Iced Cherry – Iced Cherry is a high-energy cover band from Cleveland, OH, founded in 2013. Their setlist spans the past 40 years and includes hits from pop, rock, Motown, R&B, and country. School of Rock alumnus Danny O’Callaghan (vocals/guitar) is a member of the band.
D.Q. Duo – Dan Hyland and Quinn Stefanos are siblings who have been performing covers since they were 10 and 12 years old. They got their start at the School of Rock in Rocky River (now Westlake), and have continued their love for music since. They play all sorts of alternative and classic rock and pop music in a relaxing, acoustic form that is perfect for a cafe or happy hour setting.
Kate Porter – Kate Porter is a singer/songwriter who blends genres from folk to glam rock. They spent over 10 years as a student at School of Rock Highland Heights, including performing in School of Rock Cleveland’s Headliners
Mia & Ty – Mia and Ty were students at School of Rock Strongsville and School of Rock Highland Heights, respectively. They’ve been playing music with each other for about a year, covering pop, rock, and folk.
