Crafting songs with your bandmates from concept to performance in this one week camp.
CAMP DESCRIPTION
Unlike our other camps, Songwriting camps gives young musicians an opportunity to craft their own songs, instrument parts, and unique sound. This Week long camp will explore the art and science of songwriting and students will leave knowing they have created and performed something unique to them.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm each day
- Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based game & activities
- On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, and water.
At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camps up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
