On September 13, 2025, School of Rock Vancouver student Logan Clyde, a proud member of our Junior House Band, stepped onto the field at BC Place to perform both the Canadian and U.S. national anthems on solo guitar for a packed Vancouver Whitecaps FC match.
Logan, a lifelong Whitecaps fan, delivered flawless instrumental renditions of O Canada and The Star-Spangled Banner in front of thousands of cheering fans. The performance showcased his talent and dedication—and highlighted the power of music education and live performance training at School of Rock Vancouver.
Before the match, our cameras followed Logan behind the scenes as he prepared for this unforgettable moment. In the video below, he shares how our performance-based programs—combining private lessons, group rehearsals, and live shows—helped him gain the skills and confidence to shine on such a grand stage.
We couldn’t be prouder of Logan and are thrilled to see one of our students represent our school community so beautifully.
