WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The 80s brought us a wave of new sounds and music genres, and produced hits that still rock the airwaves today. In this music workshop, we’ll perform hits from artists like Billy Idol, Devo, Cyndi Lauper, Van Halen, Flock of Seagulls, and many more. Monday through Friday will be spent learning and practicing 80s songs, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 11-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Come ready to rock from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please pack lunch/snacks, water, and hearing protection for all workshop days. There will be an on-site performance on Friday at 2:30pm. Friends and family are welcome!

CANCELLATION POLICY

The health and safety of our students is our top priority. Workshops that are canceled up to 15 days prior to the start of workshop can receive a full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Brookline program/workshop or a refund back to the card used minus a $50 cancellation fee. If the workshop is canceled within 14 days of the start of the workshop, full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Brookline program/workshop or a 50% refund back to the card used.
