Come join us to learn and perform music from one of the most popular punk trios of all time in our Green Day music workshop.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Green Day was one of the most popular and influential bands of the 90s and early 2000s. Their fun, high-energy music helped bring punk into the mainstream. Throughout this 5-day music workshop, we’ll explore hits from some of their most popular albums, such as “Dookie,” “Warning,” “Insomniac,” “American Idiot” and beyond. At the end of the week, students will put on a live performance. Great for students 11-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Come ready to rock from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please pack lunch/snacks, water, and hearing protection for all workshop days. There will be an on-site performance on Friday at 2:30pm. Friends and family are welcome!

CANCELLATION POLICY

The health and safety of our students is our top priority. Workshops that are canceled up to 15 days prior to the start of workshop can receive a full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Brookline program/workshop or a refund back to the card used minus a $50 cancellation fee. If the workshop is canceled within 14 days of the start of the workshop, full refund of an account credit to be used for any School of Rock Brookline program/workshop or a 50% refund back to the card used.
