Want to learn what it takes to record your own music? Students will learn the fundamentals of recording and production, utilizing powerful and accessible recording technology and gear, students will record, mix, and master songs as a final product to take home.

There is no experience required to join this camp!
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm each day
- Each day consists of recording, mixing and layering tracks in their preferred DAW and fun music-based games and activities.
- On Friday, campers will play the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week! Campers will be emailed any tracks they created during the week.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During their week in camp, students will begin to understand the purpose of Ableton, ProTools and other Production/Recording software and hardware and the different uses for it, from recording your own music to incorporating programmed instruments!
Students will learn how to mix and produce music tracks and will help our Songwriting Campers produce and record their own original song(s)!
By the end of the week, the group will have created and mixed 1 to 2 final tracks to showcase!
Students should have access to a laptop with the capabilities to run Ableton Lite, Protools First or GarageBand (these are free)
If students already have their own DAW, that is great too! Please let us know which one when signing up!

SHOW TIME ON FRIDAY IS AT 1:30PM
PLEASE BE SURE TO SEND YOUR KIDS WITH A NUT-FREE LUNCH + THEIR OWN WATER BOTTLES (LABELED WITH THEIR NAME)!
- Food is not provided - please send your kids with a NUT-FREE lunch and snacks.
- Students may not leave the premises at ANY time.
- If any of your kids have food allergies, please let us know.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers will receive a full refund if canceled at least 7 days before camp.
Customers will receive a 50% refund if canceled 6 days up until 24 hours before camp begins.
No refund if not canceled at least 24 hours ahead of time.
If for any reason SoR must cancel a camp due to low enrollment (less than 3 campers), you will be notified at least 72 hours in advance and issued a full refund.
