Want to play in a band?
Our Rock 101 music camp is designed for beginners 8-12 years old. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 3:00pm each day
- Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time and fun music-based games and activities
- On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection.
At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camps up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
The camp is awesome! The fact that this team is able to teach 4 songs to a group of 8-12 year old kids in a week and get them ready for a performance is remarkable. My daughter had never played the guitar before this week, and just like that on Friday she was playing 2 songs on her new guitar. You guys are amazing!
